Approvals

Only the best is good enough when it comes to compounds with certification requirements.

Our ambition is to develop compounds which offer a high versatility. Drinking water applications necessitate a performance in compliance to hygiene regulation guidelines from various countries. Our EPDM compounds are certified according to all relevant norms. The most prevalent and widely accepted standards are ACS (France), WRAS (Great Britain), NSF (USA), KIWA (Netherlands), AS/NZS 4020 (Australia and New Zealand), and UBA-ELL (Germany).

The excellent physical properties and outstanding chemical resistances of our compounds minimise the risk of failure of our seals. The physical properties of our compounds exceed the requirements of the commonly applicable standards EN 681-1 and DVGW W534.

Additionally, we would like to mention the good chloramine resistance tested following ASTM D 6284-02 for applications pursuant to ASME B16.51-2011.

For gas applications we focus on HNBR compounds certified according to EN 549 and EN 682.
